My absolute two favourite profs are Derek Hrynyshyn (Pol Sci) and Greg McElligott (Pol Sci), both of whom are not at Mac anymore. Gerald Bierling for Pol Sci Stats was really good too.
I also liked Martin Horn (History) and Michael Mercier (Geo).

Dr. Dushoff for Bio 1M03 was fairly good....though I only have 5 other professors to compare him to.
Mr. Hatala is also really good for Chem 1A03 (and I believe 1AA3) next semester.

I don't think I've had one awesome professor in all of university yet. I've a had a few that were awesome people... but not really awesome profs.
I guess that's what happens when you're in engineering...

I have to represent GIS on this one.
Patrick DeLuca is a great teacher, and cares a lot about his students. He will know your name and who you are before you even have a chance to introduce yourself. He teaches a variety of GIS courses, including Geog 2GI3, 3GI3, 3SA3 and 4FP3 and is also the instructional assistant for all GIS courses (including those he teaches) which there are around 7 or 8 of now.
I've had a lot of the profs already mentioned here, so I'm not going to re-hash any of them.

FETNER!!!!!!
I don't care what anyone says, she's awesome.
Makes lectures pretty interesting, she's funny, and ALWAYS has a smile on her face.
Amazing lady.
I also agree with meerf, Dr. Moore is good, too.
explains everythinggg in detail and speaks slowly and clearly. Very nice/understanding man.

-Dr. H. Holmes, who taught me Macroeconomics
-Dr. G. Parise, who taught me Anatomy and Physiology
-Dr. K. Madsen, who taught me Fundamentals of Rehabilitation
-Dr. E. Sawyer, who taught me Advanced Complex Analysis
-Dr. D. Lozinski, who taught me Elementary Linear Algebra
-Dr. A. Nicas, who taught me Ring Theory, Field Theory, and Algebraic Topology
-Dr. P. Speissegger, who taught me Intro. to Complex Analysis
-Dr. D. Haskell, who taught me Introductory Calculus, Vector Spaces, and Group Theory
-Dr. M. Valeriote, who taught me Truth and Provability
-Dr. M. Harada, who taught me Linear Algebra III (unfortunately I dropped the course partway through, but she was just incredible)
-Dr. H. Boden, who taught me Point Set Topology
-Dr. M. Agarwal, who taught me Combinatorics
-Dr. S. Alama, who taught me Introductory Real Analysis.
-Dr. J. Potvin, who taught me Biomechanics, and Ergonomics

I'm sure I'm forgetting some, but every one of these people have helped shape my academic interests to date.
