Also, I met a bunch of celebrities this year. I didn't really get much of a chance to hold full conversations with any, but it was a great experience nonetheless. I don't worship them or anything, but I do have a lot of respect for their talents (and when applicable, good looks).

I've encountered: Stars, Felicia Day, Summer Glau, Johnny Yong Bosch, Yoshitaka Amano, Nobuo Uematsu, and Arnie Roth.
who? .

2010 was a pretty awesome year overall for me.

I got accepted into a program that I was really excited about, which was nice. It didn't really live up to the hype in some ways, but I'm optimistic that its going to get a bit better.

I also made the permanent move from Bowmanville to Hamilton. Hamilton has A LOT of problems (and problem areas), but its grown on me. It was a step down, but it feels like I'm finally committing to university instead of running away from it every chance I get.

I also decided to stop silently disliking most of what the MSU does, and get involved. I've learned a lot more about the MSU- some of it uplifting (that there are a lot of dedicated, hardworking people who are involved with it) some of it depressing (how insurmountable some of the problems seem). Hopefully in the new year I can work with some of the people from the first category, to fix the second.

But the thing that made it best was the people. I met a lot of amazing people- from Nursing, from SOCS, from the MSU, and even from MI. And I got closer with people I had met, but didn't know that well. Unfortunately, I also started losing touch with some of my better friends from high school. Its depressing, but I guess for a lot of people its a fact of life. For the most part we're still close, but nowhere near what we were. Its another thing I want to work on for the new year.

Oh, there was also a lot of awesome movies; 2009 was disappointing in that category, but this year had some spectacular movies- Black Swan, True Grit, Winter's Bone, Dogtooth, Blue Valentine, Inception, Scott Pilgrim vs. The World, Shutter Island, Let Me In, Exit Through the Gift Shop, The Social Network, Toy Story 3, and so many more.

And TV was awesome too (The Walking Dead and Boardwalk Empire, and shows like Breaking Bad, Mad Men, Doctor Who and Community just kept getting better). A lot of older shows went downhill, but I guess that often happens. Not really highlights, but still a nice feature of the year.

Entropy, lizziepizzie, lorend like this.

I don't really have any interesting stories to be perfectly honest; just random adventures.
