Simple google search as I know eng and science rules may be different. Many program in eng require 6 courses anyways s whats another one eh

And as a general rule, there's one set of rules for engineering and another set for everyone else. Don't assume that because something is/isn't done in engineering that it will be the same in your program.
Note that it specifies that you are allowed to overload up to 6 additional units in order to become eligible to graduate...if you would be eligible without, then I don't think you're allowed. 
Also, if you take 7 in one term and 3 in the other, I'm fairly certain that doesn't count as overloading over the term, but you should double-check to make sure.
