9 year old boy hacks into Blackboard, changes teacher passwords
"Police believe that a 9-year-old boy from McLean, Va., hacked into the Blackboard Learning System used by the county school system to change teachers' and staff members' passwords, change or delete course content, and change course enrolment."

Thats just the name for the local version of the software. The software as a whole, is the Blackboard Learning System
