Aiming for the top scholarship
does anyone know if summer school cources count towards your total grade for the queen elizabeth scholarship?
I got an 80 average last semester and this semester ended up with a 76 can i take a summer school cource to boost up my mark?

and does anyone know that if you don't apply to OSAP for the year in transition between HS and post-secondary; but you apply for subsequent years, if you qualify/can get the scholarship?

I believe you must apply for OSAP in order to get it

You have to apply to OSAP out of high school, and you must keep applying to OSAP and being approved for it each year in order to renew it (on top of maintaining an 80+ average)

Are you eligible to apply for this scholarship after first year if you never applied out of high school?

No, you have to apply out of high school (I'm almost sure of this, check the OSAP site to verify)

The OSAP application for the 2009/10 session will come out sometime in mid May.

I believe you have to apply from high school and keep up a 9.5 average in school.
