It's a bit tedious, but you could come across some interesting courses that you may be able to take nonetheless

I haven't started looking for my electives yet but was planning on taking on another french course or two, maybe a music class. I'll probably do that now lol

I was looking to take a science or philosophy course. All math or philos courses I'm interested in happen to be at the same time as PNB XE3 or XF3 =/ The courses that don't conflict with PNB courses all require Term 1 prereqs; but my Term 1 schedule is already full
Looks like my only options are to take either Social Psychology or Organic Chem. (not likely, since I don't need it for anything)

Last year I took: MATH 1F03, 1LS3. CHEM 1R03. PHILOS 1A03. POLI SCI 1G06. BIO 1P03, 1M03. PSYCH 1X03, 1XX3.

This summer I'm taking: CHEM 1A03, 1AA3. PHYS 1L03. ECON 1BB3

Well there were 220 students in psych stats last year. Judging by that, there are probably about 700 students in psych, PNB, and biopsych from all years.

I can't be the only one in PNB who's having trouble finding electives that don't conflict with PNB courses

you're not. I can't take japanese because the tuesday core conflicts with a required pnb class in both terms.
Thing is, I don't want to take any heavy bio courses/science courses that require labs. >__< but there really isn't much left, because most of the 2nd year courses that are interesting are closed off to their programs. and first year courses.... everything is usually full.
maybe I'll finally manage a spot in mmedia1A03 this year though.

		HEY PNB BUDDIES,
So I took the liberty of making the PNB timetable. The timetable with night classes is term one. I figured since there is only one core for all our compulsories, then we are in all the same classes. SO check it out
Edit: Btw, critical thinking is one of ma electives, so its by n o means compulsory lol

Cool thanks. I already had a timetable made, but it's good to compare it to make sure I had all the courses at the right times

Btw, what 2nd semester electives are you taking? Out of all the courses I've looked at, I've only found 3 courses during 2nd term that I can use as my 2nd elective and doesn't conflict with PNB courses (sucks, cause they happen to be the courses that I'm least interested in).

		 Heyy guys!

I am going into PNB as well.

I am thinking of taking moral issues... Philosophy 2d03.
Its about ethics and stuff... I am taking it in first sem. It fits in the schedule.
I think its gonna be an interesting course. You have to write essays tho.

		Hellooooo fellow PNBs!

I'm hoping to eventually minor in Anrthopology, and every course I've chosen as an elective (plus backup, thanks to SOLAR being a total nightmare >.<) from that department hasn't conflicted!

Some other electives I'm thinking of taking, although I haven't checked if they clash or not:
RELIG ST 2K03
SOC SCI 2P03
THTR&FLM 2FA3

DUDE, I DIDN'T THINK OF THAT! That's sorta awesome! LOL.

Um...your course codes are different from what I got off online. :/ Am I missing something?

EDIT: The mandatory courses I got are PSYCHs 2N03, 2RA3, 2RB3, 2E03, 2H03, 2TT3, plus four electives. I can't find the first three on the timetable and am pretty sure that they maybe changed the course codes for them? Boy, I feel so dumb. >.<

The courses have changed, my friend.

Hours of lurking the depths of the internet had me come across this: http://www.science.mcmaster. ca/psy...-2011-2012.pdf
...use it wisely.
