steps2health, i like to think that everyone at mcmaster is intelligent. i have been proven wrong before, but my previous statement is quite clear in its meaning and if you REALLY need for it to be explained to you, stop trying to play around with the big boys and girls ok?

This quote was from awhile back.. but what had happened was that there was a tie in numbers for who had the lowest votes (check out the procedure on preferential ballot counting if you need to). What they did in this case was check out which of the two candidates had the lower number of votes in previous rounds. I believe they referenced the last available round and the first round.
This obviously is not the official ruling but a summary of what I was told that had meant. |
