Do you mean:

Your application is currently on hold and cannot be processed any further.

That's what it says for me, it's just waiting for the income verification though.

Maybe the government doesn't want you dad to leave the country? Passport applications get processed in two weeks, and if you pay more, you can get it processed quicker.

I didnt do OSAP last year, but if they were on-time this year, when would you expect your cheque?

OSAP release happens in September, there will be e-mails from SFAS. The second release happens in January. This is just the general release though, you can still pick it up from SFAS if you missed the general release.

Usually it's a week after you go in to 'get' your OSAP in September (i.e. sign papers and whatnot).

Mine got processed too, but I don't have an estimate yet... They still have to do an income check. I don't have to do anything for that right? Because it's starting to feel like I do...

I don't recall them asking for any income from 2009 on my application... So I would assume it means income check for 2010... If I remember correctly I believe my application from last year said the same thing and it didn't go away

What happened?! Oh man, I hope you're not in the situation I was in last year. Call up the financial aid office and ask them what the hell is going on.
And no, I didn't have to do anything in terms of them verifying my income.

There's a bursary that you can apply for... I think September 15th? Maybe it's October 15th. You get it in like February or so, I got 900 last year.
