Very good video. I think the key is having a positive mindset. I try to shift a lot of my negative thoughts to positive thoughts that are better replacements. For example, if someone asks me to hang out, but I can't, it's better to say 'I have other plans for that day' and suggest another day. Saying and thinking 'I can't' is a very negative thing and it will catch you in that viscous slave/resentment mindset he's talking about. If I want to do something, I will. If I want to do something but I have other priorities, then I don't want to badly enough that I actually will... but there is no *can't*.
