Bike got stolen
My bike got stolen :(
If anyone sees this bike let me know!
Locked it up outside on the side wall of MDCL
Had a green grocery bag on the seat, locked it up Tuesday but left it overnight (bad idea!!)

How do you know it was stolen? Perhaps Security/Parking Services took it since it was parked somewhere where it wasn't meant to, and they saw it? I hope you find it.

NEVER and i mean NEVER leave your bike on the racks by MDCL over night. If you look at the racks by the main entrance of MDCL you will see that some of the circle things you attach your lock to have been sawed off or have a clean cut right through them. (dont know why they dont just cut the lock off)

if you are ever planning on leaving your bike over night i would suggest in front of Hth sci centre by the road or by the student centre.

Someone took my seat one night while I was studying. I was so annoyed because it wasn't even an expensive saddle but I loved it :(

People should learn how to lock their bikes. Invest in a quality U-Lock, and ALWAYS lock around the rear rim and tire, in the triangle defined by the seat stay, chain stay, and seat tube. This prevents the rear and more expensive wheel from being stolen, along with the whole frame. Usually these locks like an OnGuard, or Kryptonite, also comes with a cable lock which can be used to lock the saddle and the front wheel with that extra sense of security.

I feel for you bro, I bought the same bike when it was on sale in the summer. I ride a bike with a rusty frame and chain to school... no one's taking that.
