This was a really great course and the concepts were very interesting if you're interested in learning about environmental physiology. There is a lot of material covered, and you're expected to know it in-depth.
In my opinion, O'Donnell is one of the best professors in the Biology department. He really knows material well and can answer questions. He goes through material pretty quickly though.
There's not too much work, but there is a presentation and 500 word essays due every week based on two journal articles every week.

Were the essays just summaries of the articles or did they require some sort of analysis? Also, what were the tests like? I'm probably taking this next year...
