Bridges Food!
Hey... I been craving some bridges lately... and I was wondering.. where does bridges get their soy chicken burgers/nuggets and regular veg burgers from?

Anyone know who their supplier is and if I could get my hands on some of their food so I can make it at home.

Thanks!!

Your best bet is to e-mail a manager. In this case, based on http://hospitality.mcmaster. ca/contact/contact.html, you would e-mail Leigh Laidlaw (Chef Manager) at [email protected].

Infinity says thanks to myoozik for this post.

M&M's sells some of the best veggie burger's I've had. They're very beef-like though, some people aren't into that so much.

I am also a Bridges lover and was missing my soy chicken nuggets and sweet potato fries earlier this summer. I tried to make my own sweet potato fries but it was an epic fail, luckily more places are starting to serve them though. I know Boston Pizza has them close to Bridges type and even Wonderland has sweet potato fries now.

As for the soy products, I don't know who supplies Bridges (likely a non-commercial, private supplier) but I did find an alternative. I got the soy chicken nuggets and deep fried they were pretty close to Bridges and quite tasty. Deep frying was kind of annoying so one day I pan fried them and that was also close and quite good. I picked them up from Sobey's but I've also seen them at A&P. I'm at a loss for the brand name right now but they're in the freezer section and it starts with a Z, that is pretty unique so it's not hard to find.
