I've seen people cheat three times, and reported it. The invigilators can't really do much unless they actually SEE the person do it; leaning over and looking in the wrong direction would just get them told to stare at their own paper.

I had people getting answers on their phone, and another one actually pulled a cheat sheet out of his jacket and put it under his test to copy from.

I hate people.
