Can they do that?
Can profs just change the timings of courses right in the middle of the summer? A course (ENG PHYS 3W03) was scheduled for a certain time but when a new prof took it over, he changed the times and days, right at the end of August! Is this screwing up people's carefully planned timetables or what?!

Apparently they can. School hasn't started, almost everyone hasn't paid yet, book list isn't out yet...

Sadly I think it's completely up to them whether to change or keep times, even if the prof doesn't change they may change times/days/even cancel a lab/tutorial altogether. Very annoying when planning schedules and having to replan because of changes..

Profs do change times but it's not that common. It's lame because it can 'cause conflicts for a lot of people.
