I was just wondering if anyone knew if you could decline science co-op admittance. I'm imaging that it would be like choosing your level II science program, so I would ignore if I do decide I don't want to go into co-op.

Yep, you definitely can. There are sometimes even people who apply to multiple co-op programs and then if they get into both, can choose which one they want, or can choose not to do co-op at all.
