I can't tell you much about the course, since there aren't any reviews for this particular course here on MacInsiders, but here is the course outline from 2017 if that helps you get an idea of what to potentially expect.
From the looks of the 2017 outline, it says it's only a 10-hour course. So you can probably expect it to not very time intensive.
Of course, this could change with the 2018 course.

Career Development Course 2017
Commerce 2IN0 is a 10-hour, non-credit course that equips students with the skills to effectively transition from the classroom to the workplace.
The class is instructed by a Relationship Manager from the Career and Professional Development office with small group activities facilitated by Career Mentors.
