3S03, in terms of material, is quite similar to 2BA3 and 2BC3. I took this course two years ago so I probably can't give you the detail you're looking for, but from what I can remember off the top of my head, you go through topics such as the different tiers of an organization, selecting and training employees, being independent and interdependent, conflict within an organization, and others.
I don't remember the exact % breakdown of everything but what I can tell you is that about half of the course is teamwork (groups of 2-3 people) and you have two major assignments within those groups (as well as small evaluations such as project proposals). You also have attendance marks in that course, I think worth 10% by the end of the semester, and how it works is at least 2 of the 3 group members must be present in the lecture so receive the full marks of that specific lecture. So basically, if you and your group communicate well, you can get full marks with one of you not having to attend class (though do so at your own risk).
The other half of the course consists of 1 midterm, 1 final, and a bunch of mini papers, literally like a paragraph per "paper". This is all individual work.
All in all, this is probably one of the easiest 3rd year mandatory commerce courses you will have to take (with 3QA3 and 3QC3 being the next "easiest"). Just do yourself a favour, and find a decent group like you should for all other courses that contain heavy group work.
Sorry I can't give much more detail, it's been a while haha
