A very interesting course if you've never taken finance before. It's all about how a business is started and how it may end. Along the way, you learn a lot of the limbo that many financial institutes use and how some of limbo is derived. Of course, if you're interested in this stuff, then you'll enjoy it even more.

The prof, Jordan Fortino, is a great guy--very approchable, helpful, intellectual, and humorous. And he's constantly talking about what to invest in--so, if you're into that stuff (I know I was), he's a great person to talk to.

It's only open to Non-Commerce kids that are in their 3rd or 4th year.

Participation: 5%
2 Group Assignments: 25%
Midterm: 30%
Exam: 40%

quick question about this course, is it math heavy? also if you have any recommendations on commerce electives that are very light in math.
