I heard this class is easy peasy. Like the easy computer stuff.. like spreadsheets, HTML, word documents, that kinda stuff. I believe it's similiar to Comp Sci 1BA3, so you can check out my review for that.

I took this class last term it is NOT that easy as it sounds. The material is more towards computer parts, the internet, MS Access, Excel and a little bit of HTML (aside from MS Word which was only covered in 2 lectures). A lot of memory work involved and the tests were all short answer/fill in the blanks. You also get 5 assignments which are a huge chunk of your mark.

Yes.. therefor it's similiar, if not identical to Comp Sci 1BA3.. I remember seeing the assignments/lectures, practically the same. Some may find it to be a joke.. some might find it hard. If you know your computer stuff (hardware, internet, HTML) then itsd not TOOO bad. Then again, it also depends on the prof as well and how they plan on teaching the stuff. It also helps if you have a fab textbook.
