Does it matter at all if which one we have first in our weekly schedule? Like should the core be before the tutorial or vice versa? Or doesn't matter?

Doesn't matter - you just don't go to the tutorial if there hasn't been a lecture yet.

It doesn't matter. An earlier tutorial before the lecture means u sometimes might be given a problem to try before the theory was fully taught. Usually not happened or profs compensate
