course registration helppp
ok, so i'm transferring from Queen's University into physical science, and my plan is to get into
medical physics in 2nd year. I have 24 units transferred: japanese (6units, didn't have course code),
biology 1mo3,1ao3, chemistry 1ao3,1aa3, physics 1bo3,1bb3. These credits are requirements for
the 1st year, but frankly i don't have math, so i can't take any of the 2nd year courses.
That means i'll have to take 2 maths and some other courses. Medical physics also requires
kinesiology 1yo3,1yy3, math1bo3, medphys1eo3 by the END OF THE SECOND YEAR. So i got into
math 1bo3, medphys 1eo3 as well as the 2 maths (1ao3+1aa3). and i need 12 more units to be a
full time student. So i tried to take kinesiology but it was already full. (this was kinda unfair for me
because they messed up my account and i couldn't use SOLAR on the registration date) When they fixed
my account and gave me a call(associate dean's office), I asked them if i can take kinesiology because
I will need it to get into medical physics, and they said I can't unless there is an available seat, because
I can take it next year. I also e-mailed the faculty of kinesiology and they said no to it. so..
What should i do now? I put linguistics 1ao3+1aa3 and astronomy 1fo3+2eo3, just to keep the 24 units.
P.S. I was going to take physics 1ba3 because i don't remember anything (i took 1bb3 it in 2008-2009)
but it says i don't have the requisites for 1ba3 (prolly cuz they are antirequisite) do you think it
will affect my future physics courses? as in how much i understand and stuff? and are those two
courses (1ba3 and 1bb3) different? like COMPLETELY DIFFERENT?
sorry it's kinda long..
