I went to do my course selections today and noticed many of the 1st year classes are "full" are they actually full, or are they delaying the opening of them so the 4th years dont take them all? Does anyone know when those classes will open up to students? Im most interested in english 1CS3 and enviro sc 1AO3.

They reserve seats for every registration date, but the bulk of the seats are reserved for those students in the same year/faculty. I'm pretty sure all remaining open seats are open to everyone after sectioning occurs.
