A course w/o essays and labs?
I'm wondering if there is a course that only does tests and exams and no essays and labs.
Suggestions?

Are you looking for an elective?
Off the top of my head Econ 1B03, 1BB3, Music 2II3
Those are the electives I've taken so far, Music 2II3 is actually a really good course, 2 tests and an exam, pretty easy

It doesnt have to be an elective... I'm just looking for a course that is not going to require a lot of time partly b/c I'm taking three courses next semester that have tutorials, essays and looong labs.

Most psychology courses only have 2 midterms and an exam.
The ones I've taken so far that did this are:
Social Psych 2C03
Personality 2B03
Abnormal Psych 2AP3

take a psych if you're good at them/like it- the content is easy enough to follow, with some being review from 1x03/1xx3 (so its not completely new content)--plus there is a big selection of stuff for you to take

^use that to check the course outlines of the ones you are interested in and verify how the course is set up in regards to evaluations

Out of curiosity, what are some of these courses?
I'm looking to overload next term so I don't want anything too heavy, but I also don't want something I'll be bored to tears with

dr. voros "designed" the courses soc sci 2o03, soc sci 2p03, soc sci 2r03 and soc sci 2q03. Next term, however, she is only teaching 2R03 and not 2P03 so i'm not sure how 2p03 would be taught/evaluated. In any case, I am overloading this term with one of her courses and I think the mark breakdown suits me well as my other courses are heavy in terms of tests/assignments. Her content is fairly interesting and easy to wrap your mind around and her lectures are also podcasted which is very convenient.

You do want a degree, right? You're aware that getting a degree takes a modicum of effort, right? And three whole courses with essays/exams/labs? You POOR THING!
Maybe you should get your mother and father to write a letter to your professors telling them that you are unfairly burdened with schoolwork.

Almost all linguistics courses. They only have weekly assignments and tests. No essays to write whatsoever. There's also Geo 2RC3 and 2RU3
