Hi, I've currently been put on the waiting list for a compulsory course, could someone explain to me the details of how this system works? I'm #11 they've told me, is there anywhere I can check my priority standing?

I don't think anyone know anything about course waiting lists. I saw them when I was browsing the website, but no one really knows anything about them since they are so uncommon. You should contact the department the course belongs to and they should be able to answer any of your questions.
