is having chem 20b3, bio 2a03, bio2c03 , life sic 2a03 and life sic 2c03 in one semester manageable?

also what is the level of difficulty of the courses listed?

unless you have 3 lab courses in 1 semester, it'll be manageable
and they're all really easy

Your term is definitely manageable. Orgo will be your hardest course, you really need to keep up with lectures and doing practice although if you did okay in 2OA3 it's all learning mechanisms and their variations. Next in difficulty would be Bio 2A03, the labs are disorganized and it takes a long time to do lab reports. Also some TAs mark really hard but tests are pretty straightforward. Bio 2C03 and Life Sci 2C03 are manageable (if Life Sci 2C03 is like Psych 2NF3, the tests should be fair, based on material from the slides). I'm not sure about Life Sci 2A03 but I think it's supposed to be manageable too.

I had those exact classes expect instead of Bio 2C03 I had Bio 2B03 and it was manageable!

In terms of difficulty I agree with rkb12. I'd say Life Sci 2C03 is harder than Bio 2C03 though!

I think the content of the labs is what matters more, rather than the number alone.
For example, chem 2OB3 labs are very chill and also only every other week, so they won't really add anything to your workload. On the other hand, I've heard bio 2A03 labs are very time consuming, but I've never taken the course myself so I don't know.

I agree, Life Sci 2C03 is harder than Bio 2C03.. but both should be manageable

would it make it better if bio 2c03 was taken in term 1 with bio 2b03 and instead having biochem 2ee3? or would that be worse ...

It wasn't too difficult to keep up with labs/studying. The Orgo labs are pretty fun and easy going, they are a lot better than first year chem labs so those were fine. I'm sure you've heard the Bio 2A03 labs are pretty time consuming and frustrating. No matter which way you switch around the classes you have now I think it will be pretty much around the same amount of work but I do think it's a good idea to have Bio 2C03 and 2B03 in different semesters because they both have tutorial things to do (2B03 has quizzes, 2C03 has assignments) so it's nice to only have to do one tutorial thing a week.

It's not a big deal but when you have midterms to study for, tutorial assignments that aren't worth a lot become a nuisance so I find it better to only have one a week.

Just something to consider!
