Deferred Psych Exam
My exam for Psych 1XX3 was deferred for a religious obligation, but I'm wondering if I'll still be able to access avenue in the summer? Can I still log in and watch all my psych modules or will everything be cleared?? My exam was deferred to the end of June so that's a long time to not be able to refresh my memory!!

It depends on the instructor I am guessing. For me at least, all the avenue links for my first year courses are still there and the content as well so you should be fine.

Unfortunately, first year intropsych courses are actually not on avenue after your first year.
That being said, I don't know when they actually get removed, so you'll want to email the prof and see if he can let you know!

It really depends on the instructor.
Some instructors even leave course materials on Avenue for years while others remove them immediately after the term.
The best thing you can do now is to email your prof and ask whether they're planning on removing course materials after the exam period.
In the mean time I recommend that you download necessary stuff just in case.

As Leah said, you need to email the profs.

I just went to the Psych 1XX3 course page, and I could access the lectures (from avenue). I'm in my third year, so I think you should be pretty safe...

ETA: Oh man, this is so nostalgic.

Also, if you're still worried, just take really good notes; those should be enough to tide you over.

Ever says thanks to Faer for this post.

I'm in 3rd year now and I still have Psych1X03 from my first year on Avenue. I have had profs remove courses after the end of the semester as well, though. I would definitely recommend emailing your prof to confirm.

You have to remember, though, that the internet is never 100% reliable, regardless of what the prof says. I would make sure that I have everything I need to know in my notes at least a couple of days before an exam; that way if the internet crashes, or Avenue is down, or something, you're covered. Remember that the only thing you can really rely on is what you have done yourself. I didn't mean for that to turn into a mini rant, but there you go.

Good luck on your exam in June!
