Today was the last day of exams, so should I expect a week until I get all of my marks, or will it take longer? Like a month or whatever...

Depends on how fast your professor marks your exams. Marks will be uploaded every day as they are received. You should have all your marks by the end of May.

According to Grade Reports on the MUGSI page, marks start to come out on the 27th, so if you had any exams early in the exam period you may see those marks up.

You can also find them in Degree Audit when you login to MUGSI they usually appear there first. The lag between DA and GR is less than 1 day though.
