It *is* an option. I'm just pointing out that in the same post he said he's confused why people complain about the lack of debit/credit, Huzaifa notes that most people aren't aware of it.

Ohh...I find it hard to believe that people aren't aware of it given any time you buy something anywhere on campus there are the little machines to swipe your student card. I really think that there comes a point where if you don't know about something, it's your own fault

Like: The Campus, Profs
Dislike: We were straight in Hurricane Sandy's path and they still didn't cancel school for us.

Ahh I meant I didn't understand why people didn't know that, if that sentence makes sense:S

Twelveighty also offers debit/credit and Student ID payments if that's what people still prefer and has cheaper meal options then La Piazza (Shameless plug).

It's because people are stupid and can't take the 6 minute walk to macexpress to load up their freedom account or 5 minutes to do the same load-up online...

I love the freedom account. It takes 2 minutes, even faster if you memorize your credit card number, security digits and expiry date.

Like: some of the people, locale in the summer and fall, history, learning environment, most of the younger professors that actually seem like they deserve tenure over the ancients, bridges, pita place in Keyes, renovated Thode (and the libraries aside from Mills), the atmosphere
Dislike: some of the people, occasional poopy Hamilton smell, sulfur, the phoenix (horrible food... sweaty cheese anyone?), Mills, the fact that The Wokery no longer exists, 1280, the biology department's inability to do their jobs, campus politics (yawn)

The electives that I took were poorly run, their equipment is easily 20 years old and their facilities look like Ugandan hospitals on a bad day.

What about 1280 is bad? We're always looking for feedback.

I'm biased, because I just don't like the atmosphere. Maybe I went on a bad night? I only went once and it was packed with tools :/
