Does anyone know....
Maybe a stupid question but does anyone know if you can request to write your FINAL exam on a different day? (given a legitimate reason). Also is writing grad school exam on the same day/same time a legitimate reason? lol.
Thanks in advance.

Yep, you can defer it to a later time, provided you have a valid reason. I believe you have to speak to your Associate Dean's office about that though, and let them know beforehand.

Nope! Finals work in pretty much the same way as midterms. Good luck! And try to get on it asap =].

I deferred an exam last semester. The process was pretty easy. Also note: you can defer only 2 in your academic career.

You're in a graduate program that writes exams? Weird.

What I understood is that it's something like the LSAT, MCAT, etc. Not a graduate program 'exam' per se.

No. I want to write one of my GRE exams FOR a graduate program during April but I know that day is one of the final exam days. JUST IN CASE, I happen to have an final exam for school on the same day as the GRE, I was hoping that maybe I can defer the final exam. (there are only 3 days per year for this particular subject GRE).

I doubt it. The university doesn't care about something like that. You need like three in a row to even have a shot at deferring.
