These letters are for you and reflect the whole of your experience while on probation. Write them yourself. Edit them yourself. Just make sure they follow the McMaster Style Guidelines in terms of addressing people, courses etc.
Be specific about your grades and what you've done. Give numbers and dates. Don't use too much emotion (ever).
