http://libaccess.mcmaster.ca /
Go there, sign in and use the links provided to search google/pubmed etc. As long as you use the links after logging into libaccess you will get full articles at home.
Alternatively, a trick that I have learned over the years:
You can add ".libaccess.lib.mcmas ter.ca" to any url, then login and it will treat you as if you were a McMaster user (full access).
For example, the address for one of Nature's articles this month is:
	Code:
	http://www.nature.com/nature/journal/vnfv/ncurrent/full/nature09504.html
This only gives you abstract view.
You can add ".
libaccess.lib.mcmaste r.ca" to the address to make:
	Code:
	http://www.nature.com.libaccess.lib.mcmaster.ca/nature/journal/vnfv/ncurrent/full/nature09504.html
(note where the added part is placed: after the .com but before the backslash)
This will give you full access. It works for most sites.
