For an academic institution, it is pathetic how something as important as elm can be down/lagging for this long period of time. They seriously didn't learn anything from the first semester?

Just now, I thought ELM was working because I got to my course listings pretty quickly .. but then I clicked my course and of course it's slow again. This is soooooooooooooo annoying

ELM looks a whole lot like WebCT now.. I just don't understand the reason of the big switch.

I am using Chrome and its slow...and I am using the school's WiFi.
