Email quota full?
When I logged into my email account it said it is above quota. I am not sure what that means, as a few weeks ago I deleted a whole bunch of emails. Well at least I think I did, they are still there with an X on it....any help would be appreciated.

You need to click the "Purge Deleted" button below the "Deleted" option.

If you forward your mail you don't have to worry about this.
