Is it just me or are entrance scholarships still not available on Mugsi?
From different threads, they are usually available early August.
Anybody knows what's going on?

Just be patient =) The university won't cheat you out of your entrance scholarship (until you become an upper year and they get rid of the renewable scholarship - ZING).

If I recall correctly, my entrance scholarship eventually showed up as a payment option on my Payment Agreement. Have you looked there?

It should be on your payment agreement, it should be an option you can tick mark like OSAP funding. Mine got up at the beginning of August I beleive.
