The system is whack. I'm in bio (as my name implies)... All the electives were full so I (somehow?) ended up with two engineering courses that I didn't have any prereqs for. It was crazy. I stuck with one for fun but the other one was way over my head so I dropped it for archaeology.

Edit: P.S. My average sucked.

keep trying, but if you dont get in, wait until classes start in september and try again. i know that when *I* went back on solar in september, BOTH kin courses were available.

some people switch out of classes after school starts, so you might find that classes open up then. at least for me they did...

good luck!

I feel like there's just a lack of courses being offered this year, well at least in my faculty. I'm in humanities and most of the Culture Studies classes I wanted aren't being offered and leaving me to be stuck with electives I had no intention of wanting.

I think it's because McMaster is lacking professors in every department >.>

... Or you could go to the department and tell them your case and you will be on the waiting list.. I did that for Econ once and they were able to put me in the course.

Not sure if all departments have waiting lists, but I remember seeing a couple "Applying for waiting list" on a couple of their websites. I remember them in the Lanugages department...
