CBC Hockey Night in Canada 4on4 Ball Hockey Tournament
Hamilton is one of the cities participating in CBC Hockey Night in Canada's 4on4 Ball Hockey Tournament. The tournament takes place May 15-16th, and registration closes May 12th.

Flag Football
Hamilton has a flag football league, called the Hamilton Mountain Football Factory. The regular season lasts from May 1st until June 27th. Games are Saturday mornings from 9am-12pm.
