Getting Into Kin 1Y03

Just wondering if anyone has any words of wisdom or advice on how to get into Kin 1Y03. The course is full but I really need it in order to take classes in third year. I keep checking SOLAR but seats never seem to become available. I have also sent in an email but have had no luck. Kin 1A03 is still open, do you think I might be able to get into that course even though I am in Life Science? Thanks for your help guys!
