A lot of things have been happening, and my CA will probably be under 3.0. If I apply for reinstatement, what would happen next year? Do I have to retake the whole first year from 0 credits??

First off, you would have to apply for reinstatement around june and usually the chances of you getting back in immediately (immediately being if you are unable to continue as of April 2016, the chances of you getting reinstated for September 2016) are low, so you might have to take the year off and apply again next june. When you are reinstated you're CGPA will be reset to 0 but you will retain all your credits, so you will not have to repeat any courses you've passed! PM me if you have any questions!
