We're not 65th in North America. If you look at the left-most column, you'll see that they provide the world rank, not the rank for North America. By my count, we're 40th in North America.

 I don't get how we're "65th" in the world, AND "65th" in North America. It's not like there aren't any higher-ranked universities outside of North America. Just by taking a glance at the charts, there are at least 5 UK universities there.
