when you msaf a lap report for a class, does the deadline get postponed or is that lab report just won't be part of my mark (so don't have to hand in)?

It depends on the class. Check your course outline or email your prof/IA.

Most likely you'll have to redo it at a later time. If it's a first year class you probably wasted your msaf cause physics/chem have makeup labs

I don't remember for physics, but for chem you can only do the makeup lab if you have a valid reason for missing the lab (or MSAF). And the OP was asking about a lab report only, not actually doing the lab. Also, their join date is in 2011, so they're prob not a first-year.
