How easily can someone judge a person fate by his/her marks

It's time your friend should sit down and analyze what went wrong and how she can correct it.

Talk to McMaster consellor's (Even tho I had a bad experience with them, Hopefully they will help you)

They can guide you best.

My friend finished 2010-2011 with a 2.7 and took two eng courses in summer school and got a 6 and a 12 and got reinstated.

anything is possible.
