hi yes they will transfer. If you are in H. Life Sciences and you are sure you are going to transfer into h.Bio program, just make sure you don't take any courses in life sciences (eg. life sci 2a03) that won't count to your biology degree (unless you just want to take it as an elective). Some of the life sciences courses do count for a bio degree though (life sci 2h03 etc).

so say this is the situation
you're in honours life sci but are going to transfer to honours bio in 3rd year [hopefully xD]
does that mean you dont really HAVE to take the life science courses?

Hey, I'm in the same situation as you, what I did was only select the life science courses that are cross-listed with bio courses, with the exception of life sci 2A03, which I am taking as an elective. I'm taking stats next summer, so I would have four electives to use up in my next 3 years. I'm using 3 of those electives this year, 2 for sociology and 1 for life sci 2A03. So I'm taking:

Chem 2OA3
Chem 2OB3
Life Sci 2B03 (cross listed with bio 2B03)
Bio 2C03
Life Sci 2F03 (cross listed with bio 2F03)
Sociology 1A06 (full year)
Life Sci 2A03
Life Sci 2EE3 (cross listed with biochem 2EE3)
Bio 2EE3

So this way, I'm satisfying the requirements for both mol bio ANd honours life sci, so next year when i apply to transfer for mol bio, I've satisfied all the requirements and taken everything that I would have in second year, but if I don't get into mol bio 3rd year, I won't have screwed myself over for life sci. if you look @ the requirements for both programs you'll see that my course selections work for both Hopefully this helps you out a bit! Took me like a day to co-ordinate everything lol.

She said the cutoff was a 6, with a B+ in both the 1X03 & 1XX3.
