I think you should talk to the Off Campus office at Mac. I'm pretty sure your landlord can't make you get "permission" from your roommate before subletting.

This is entirely up to your landlord. Plus she entirely contradicts herself: inform of parties in advance, which usually encompasses loud music, visitors after 8, and the occasional overnight visitor  (friends always welcome).

lol! laxatives...i wish i had the balls to do that. I told the manager of the building, and she said she can't help me. I spoke to someone about this, and she says I can take this to the board...so I shall =)
