Kin 1Y03 - is it no longer offered for first year students?

Hey guys,

I'm looking through the course electives for the 2018-2019 year. Is the Kin1Y03 only available for Medical Radiation Sciences students? I'm just trying to plan my first year courses so they work for my second year.

Thank you guys so much in advance! I'm just a little bit confused and I'm still trying to figure everything out.
