Mac LAN Club - LAN Party Event!

What: a social computer gaming event, hosting games like Counter Strike 1.6, Warcraft 3, Unreal Tournament, etc. over a lag free local network.

Where: Burke Science Building room 136

When: Wednesday Nov 5th, 6pm to 11pm.

What to bring: a computer / laptop, mouse, network cable, power cord.

I know a ton of students in residence really wanted to have a LAN party so this is a great idea!

I wish I could be there... Dates never seem to work with those in engineering; Osamu meetings on Fridays... which just happens to be the day we always have tests. Thrusdays are spent studying...

Man, timing always sucks :(
Then again, it doesn't help that we've had pretty much a test ever week in engineering up until the last week of november with exams just right around the corner after that. Woe is us engineers; and it's no wonder why 100% of our faculty cheers involve beer

and we have something like a 50% dropout rate (some drop out of school, some change faculties etc).
