Is it possible to register in some courses and then come back again tomorrow for example and add/drop or whatever again or do we have to do it in one go?

You can edit your selection as many times as you want until MUGSI closes.

Can you add another course and exceed 15 units to ensure you pick up the elective you want before dropping another? It would be horrible to give up an elective only to loose out on another and be left with nothing...

You add/drop in the same session. In the end you confirm the add and the drop at the same time.
