Potential students, curious community members, reminiscent alumni: people the world over can now tour McMaster University without leaving their homes, thanks to Google's Street View project.

The search engine company was on campus in the summer with a modified car and tricycle that it used to photograph McMaster's pathways for the project.

Awesome. Its a good thing they went through the campus in the summer/spring rather than the winter.

this is cool. It's great for students who still has no idea how to get around the school.

I have been forever immortalized in Google Street View... well, 30% of me.

Haha - on my way home today I was thinking 'Wouldn't it be great if Google could do Streetview around Mac?

I followed the car a bit when I was bored at work over the summer. time to look.

I don't think any Google Street View images are taken in the winter (besides, of course, areas that have snow year-round).

if you zoom in on the blur you can make out a woman. i am not sure if she is passed out or dying...
