This February, McMaster Musical Theatre (MMT) will be taking crowds for a strange, interesting, and undoubtedly entertaining ride through the streets and personalities of Skid Row, as they follow the trials of a humble orphan, who's life is forever altered by a plant with a uncontrollable hunger for trouble.
Based on Charles Griffith's 1960 screenplay, Little Shop of Horrors is a upbeat, vibrant, and timeless musical with a full range of colourful characters. From the thrifty owner of Skid Row's least successful flower shop, to a sadistic laughing-gas-addicted dentist, the show is wall to wall energy, drama, and hilarity. With it's Motown-style, Little Shop's musical numbers are sure to get all ages moving in their seats.
Everyone in MMT invites you to come enjoy the humour and horror of the latest of a long line of musical theatre accomplishments.
