Still not sure what you're referring to...is it the laundry bag filled with swag?

If so, then yes, most likely...you can ask your CA, but since it's been five months, I wouldn't be too hopeful.

Aw I totally missed that you're in SOCS. CAs are residence advisors...umm then maybe contact someone from SOCS? Other than that I have no idea...I'm not even sure they still have them, since they were all supposed to be given out in the first couple days of welcome week and they tend to sell out of the wristbands that get you the swag.
