For general chemistry, it would be CHEM 1A03 and 1AA3 (that is, if they say you need a full year).
Physical sciences is usually chemistry, physics, and sometimes geology depending on the school. But be careful with PHYSICS 1L03, because there are no labs and some schools require labs! Also, they might not accept it because it's considered the equivalent of grade 12 physics, but I'm not completely sure, sorry!
Biological sciences can most likely be fulfilled by any biology courses, however, depending on the school, they may also accept courses like anatomy, physiology and even neuroscience! So BIO 1A03 and 1M03 usually fulfill these requirements.
Again, I'm not completely certain, so you might want to check out each school's specific prerequisites just to make sure.
No school in Ontario require stats as far as I'm concerned. (The only school on the list below that requires stats seems to be the University of Alberta) But statistics is usually required for grad schools and possibly other professional schools.
